Order Cancellation

Before Order Processing: Customers can cancel their orders anytime before the order has been processed by our team. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
After Order Processing: If the order has already been processed and is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. However, customers can refuse to accept the delivery if they have a genuine reason, and our team will review it.
How to Cancel: Customers can cancel their orders through the app or by contacting customer support with their order ID.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Scenarios:
If an incorrect product is delivered (different from what was ordered).
If the product is damaged or tampered with.
If the quality of the product does not meet expectations (e.g., expired or stale groceries). Refund Request Process: Customers must raise a refund request within 24 hours of receiving the order. Refunds will not be processed after this period unless exceptional circumstances are involved. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 2-5 business days after the approval of the request. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in the original payment source..

Refund Methods:
For online payments, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacement Policy

Customers can opt for a replacement instead of a refund for eligible scenarios (wrong or damaged products). Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Conditions for Non-Refundable Items

Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and bakery items are non-refundable unless delivered in poor condition or tampered. Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or refunds.
