The delivery charges, if any, will be clearly stated at the time of order placement. In case you are not available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails, the order may be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Any issues with perishable goods must be reported immediately upon delivery. Orders can be modified or canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for such orders.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pardesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Jabalpur, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jabalpur.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Freshee operates as a delivery platform and, in certain cases, facilitates the procurement of products (including cigarettes and tobacco items) through third-party vendors and local retail partners
Users acknowledge and agree that the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of cigarettes and tobacco products may not always be adhered to by third-party vendors due to prevailing local market practices, supply-demand conditions, and vendor-specific pricing policies.
Freshee does not manufacture, price, or regulate the sale price of cigarettes supplied by third-party vendors. The final price of such products may exceed the printed MRP based on the vendor’s selling price at the time of procurement. (Freshee never charges anything above MRP, it’s in the hand of customers if they want to buy it or refuse it)
Freshee shall not be liable for any disputes arising between users and third-party vendors regarding pricing, availability, or quality of cigarettes and tobacco products.
